This is one question I get ALL the time, the answer is simple...I use a base. There are several eyeshadow bases on the market, but it's all in how you use and apply the product to get the best results...For the bold bright colors use a white base, to make your colors pop!! When you want to do a smokey eye use a darker base, be sure to blend blend blend to get a flawless result. Til' next time stay gor"jes"!!!
